A Soldier's Policy
Fast-loading with a nice layout. This site has a great deal of information about the Mixx version of the BSSM Manga. It's a great site!

Ai wa Energy
Haven't written a description yet -- sorry!

Beautiful Usagi
This site is slow-loading and a part of UsagiandMamoru.com. The author mixes information from the DiC dub and original Japanese anime a lot, which can make it difficult to follow at times. I don't believe that it is updated anymore either because there are a lot of broken images. On the positive side, it has a good deal of information on Usagi's character - past, present and future. The author also seems to concentrate on (and explain) how Usagi matures through the series, a fact that many Sailor Moon fans can sometimes overlook.

Eternal Justice
Now officially static, this is a lovely site that offers very in-depth information about Usagi's character, mythological and astrological aspects associated with her, and the author's own opinions of Sailor Moon.

Eternal Serenity
A(nother) great site with tons of information about Usagi, some very well-written opinion articles, a small but nice image gallery, and some lovely wallpapers that the web mistress made herself.

Eternity
Basic information on Princess Serenity and all of Sailor Moon's forms. There are quite a few unfinished sections and a couple broken links and I don't think it is updated anymore, but the pages that are there are nice. There are some nice frame-by-frame images of transformations and attacks as well as animated versions.

Infinite Hope
Another site with lots of information and insight on Tsukino Usagi's character throughout the series. It has detailed information on Usagi's relationships with the other four "inner" senshi and a nice description of her items (cutie moon rod, etc.) and where she got them.

La Luna
This site has the basic Sailor Moon information and isn't particularly unique except for the fact that it has an international section devoted to the names of Sailor Moon's aliases, henshin, and attacks in other languages. There are a lot of links that haven't been added yet, and I think that it is still being updated. Note: The layout seems to have a problem with the frames it uses... If you open a link that doubles the title image and navigation bar, use the new navigation bar and it seems to fix itself.

Pretty Soldier of Love and Justice
This is a small shrine to Usagi. It has the basic information (past and present, anime and manga) about her life, family and love. She does have a nice page devoted to special quotes by Sailor Moon throughout the (anime) series.

Pure Heart
Pure Heart is... great! This site has a great deal of in-depth information and insightful opinions about Tsukino Usagi's life, friends, love(s), family, seiyuu, mythological aspects, etc. etc. (I can't list everything here, people - just visit the site.)

Sweet Innocence
General information on Sailor Moon. Description of first series from both the Japanese version and the Dic dub. A nice touch is that she has detailed (verbal) descriptions of each of Sailor Moon's attacks and henshin sequences.

Tsukino Usagi: The Brightest Starseed
→ This may be the best Shrine to Tsukino Usagi that I have ever seen. (Except for the tiny frames layout. Don't like that.) She has TONS of in-depth information about Usagi/Sailor Moon, her life, relationships, seiyuu (Japanese AND American), creator (Takeuchi)

Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon and its characters are © Naoko Takeuchi, Bandai, Kodansha, Toei Animation, etc.
Sailor Star Dragon's Realm and the otaku star senshi (Dragon, Force, Ocean, Planet, Dream, Sky and Eternal) are ©1997-2002, Sailor Star Dragon.
