"Summoned into battle with extreme powers,
here I am, Sailor Star Force! With the force of the sun, I'll obliterate
you."
Seiko was created by half of the Sun Crystal, which
flew into space when Sailor Sun was abducted in the Silver Millennium.
Seiko has spent her life looking for her other half, since her half
of the crystal (outside of her body in her broach when in senshi
form) cannot even reach half of it's true power with the other half.
All it does is aid her strength. If she can find Sailor Star Dragon,
they can form into the now-legendary Sailor Sun. In the meantime,
however, she looks over the senshi and aids them at times, but never
shows her face. She has the power to lend her strength to others,
as Ryo has the power to send messages to the mind when the crystal
is joined. When Seiko and Ryo reunite, they find that they no longer
are the only senshi needed to combine into Sailor Sun, but other
Sun senshi had emerged during the time of separation. Content to
wait for the others to find them, they remain on Earth and continue
to fight with the inner (and sometimes outer) senshi.

Raises hand in air and sword materializes. This sword
has the ability to double her strength when attacking
with it.

Lends strength to other senshi

(Star Sacrifice)
|
Ultimate attack with Sailor Star Dragon. For this
attack, they both lift their staffs so the two staffs
cross in the middle. Sailor Star Dragon's staff glows
deep red as she calls out, "Dragon of the
star, aid in our battle!" and Sailor Star
Force's staff glows yellow as she shouts, "Force
of the star, lend us your strength!" A hole
of glowing red and yellow appears where the two staffs
cross. A translucent dragon with a yellow star in
it's mouth emerges from the hole and attacks the enemy.
This is powerful enough to destroy almost any enemy,
but as soon as it leaves the hole, the hole closes
and both senshi die.
