Akira limped to her room and fell on the bed. "Ow....." she grumbled. Her side stung a bit. 'Stupid crazy lady...... Cynthia? And that psycho knew my parents? Oh God.....' She stared at the ceiling and played with her bangs. Something on her arm caught her attention. She sat up and inspected it, "Aw fuck...." Akira sighed, "Another cut...." she looked at her arms and legs," not to mention a few bruises." Her voice was quiet, monotonous, and tired, it revealed none of the pain she was feeling. Dully, her eyes moved to the ceiling again. Akira smiled to herself, a private joke, "Well, at my funeral they wouldn't have to worry about talking about how dull and uneventful my life was......" She sighed again. 'How very discreet of Miss. Cynthia Valince, to fight me in the Shen's front yard....' Akira yawned and lay back into her pillow. She turned over, pulling the pillow over her head and shutting her eyes. "What's going on?" She wondered, no sound of actual curiosity in her tone.

She was in an alleyway. It was almost dark out. "I feel sick....." Akira turned, "Oh now I really feel sick!" Whenever she moved it seemed to be like she was in a video game. She heard a whoosh of air behind her and ducked down. Over her head a person flew. The sound of metal hitting against the wall rang in the alley. She looked to the unfortunate person, who'd just flown over her head.

"Ah, damn! Ow! Shit!" A boy shouted. He started coughing, on his hand was a thick liquid. It was blood.

Akira stared at him for a moment not sure what to do. She walked over to him. He coughed again. He shut his eyes. "Hello?" She crouched down next to him.' Can he even hear me?' She reached out to his arm, her hand went right through. Akira jumped back in shock. She shook her head, 'It's a dream.... it's gotta be....' She went back over to him. Above them she heard an ear-piercing scream. She turned and held her hands out. The boy opened his eyes, he didn't see her, he only saw what was above him, the monster. A glow came from Akira's forehead. A shimmering black light was emitted from her open palms. The light built up until it seemed to be full, she released it and it flew at the creature. The creature was sent back into the wall. She turned to the boy who was in a bit of a daze. "GET UP! IT'S GONNA KILL YOU!" She shouted at him. He blinked. 'Can he see me?' "GET UP GET UP!" She started to shake him, "GET UP! GET UP! YOU'LL BE KILLED JACK!" She froze, 'Why'd I say that?' The word around her was like a reflection in water that had been disturbed by a rock. She was part of that reflection, but seemed to be the only one who realized it. Her head pounded.

She opened her eyes and sat up, "My room? What the fuck?" She felt something in her throat. She dashed to the bathroom. A few minutes later it was over. Akira washed her face and walked out of the bathroom. She fell on her bed and buried her head under the pillow. She was to sick and tired to notice the symbol, now fading, like a burn-hole in rewind. The symbol of the black moon.

Bruce snickered.

Akira glared at him, "What the fuck is so funny, dick head?"

"You look like shit."

"Fuck you."

"From you I wouldn't mind..... Heheh..... I'm kidding...."

"Fuckin' sonofabitch shit-headed damned crappy bastard pervert......"

"I gotta remember that one.... You must be in a really bad mood that was a whole sentence! Is this some kind of record? What-" Bruce was interrupted by Akira.

She said nothing, she just whapped him in the head with her book bag. "Shut up."

"Sure thing....." Bruce groaned, "If you don't mind I'm going to just lie here on the floor until the pain leaves me..... So I'll be getting up by the next Millennium OK?"

"Yeah, whatever....."

'A new teacher? Miss. Valince? Hmmmmm.....' Tenshi smiled to herself,' Whenever we get something new it's from the Negaverse..... I wonder......'

"Hello class!" Miss. Valince greeted them as they sat down. Miss. Valince was tall, she had dark eyes, dark hair and dark skin, she looked confident, but young. Miss. Valince looked like she had more teaching experience than the other teachers her age at the school. "all right class, does anyone know how World War II began? Um.." She looked down at a sheet of paper memorizing the information, then looked up, "Niomi."

"Um, did it have something to do with slaves?" Niomi giggled nervously.

"No, you're probably thinking of The American Civil War." 'And she's one of the Celestials? Jesus! If all of them are like her why are they so hard to get rid of?' Miss. Valince sighed and turned to the chalkboard.

"I'm telling you we're not in trouble!"

"Then how come a teacher asked to see us?"

"She the teacher for the Junior High!"

"She probably saw you fighting..."

"You don't understand she's-" Akira stopped in mid-sentence.

"What?" Rowen turned around to see.

"Uh Hello Akira, Rowen...." A girl said as she walked down the stairs.

"Hello, Rena...." They both said glaring at her.

Rowen lowered his voice, "She's what?"

"HEY! YOU TWO!" A voice shouted from the top of the stairs. They looked up to see Miss. Valince waiting impatiently, tapping her foot. Both ran up the stairs quickly, she lead them into a classroom."Why were you late?" Miss. Valince frowned as she sat at her desk.

"Well, we both got in trouble earlier......" Akira started.

"So we had to stay behind and clean up the classroom." Rowen added.

"We tried to clean it up quickly...." They both bowed and apologized.

Miss. Valince sighed, "I guess you couldn't skip that? You shouldn't've gotten in trouble!"

"Yes, ma'am." The room was silent.

"Why did you ask us here anyway?" Akira asked.

"Yeah, I mean yesterday you just showed up in my yard and beat the shit out of Akira, then you say her parents sent you...."

Akira scowled at Rowen and muttered, "She did not beat the shit out of me....." Then looked over to Miss. Valince, "Yeah, how could my parents have sent you?"

"You CAN contact them can't you? So why can't I?"

Akira frowned, "If you're from the Negaverse I swear I'll-"

"I'm not!"

"THEN WHY ARE YOU HERE!?" Akira shouted. She stepped forward as if getting ready for a fight. Rowen pulled her back and shook his head, she glared at him.

"I'm here to train you two."

"For or to be what?" Rowen asked still holding Akira back.

"To resurrect the army of Knights."

"Who'sinthewhatnow?" Akira looked confused. She and Rowen exchanged glances.

"So this is some kind of exclusive club that only Akira and I get to join?"

"No. Maybe I should explain."

"Maybe you should." Akira stepped forward. Miss.

Valince slapped her in the face, "Quit being such a smart-ass!" Her nails were long so they cut Akira's skin, drops of blood ran down her cheek staining the collar of her uniform. "After all, is that the way the leader of the Knights should act?"

"The leader?" They both said.

"And what am I chopped liver?" Rowen grumbled.

"I'll hit you too!" Miss. Valince threatened. "Rowen, you're I guess you'd call it Akira's second. When she's gone you're in charge."

"Hmm.... OK I guess I can live with that..."

"Now, for your first training assignment you must-"

'Hmmm, I wonder if there's gonna be an attack today?' Tenshi thought. She looked up at the bright blue sky.

"Here Tenshi! Your soda!" Tama said as she took a soda off the tray and passed it to her.

"Thanks Tama!" Both of them looked up to see Niomi carrying a trayful of food.

"Whatcha got there?"

"French fries, a hamburger, some donuts, um, pizza-" Niomi continued to name all the food items on her tray as Tama and Tenshi tried not to laugh.

The park cafe was filled with more people than usual. Nearby Rowen and Akira leaded on a tree talking, "Do you really think we'll survive?"

"We'll have to. I wonder what it gonna say on the hospital report.."

"So what do you want on your Tombstone?'"

"You know I don't eat pizza....."

"I'm not going to have a tombstone, I'm going to be buried under a house and haunt all the people who try to live there."

"Cool, maybe that's what I'll do..."

"You do realize how completely stupid we sound right?"

"Yeah, we aren't going to die....." Akira sighed, "At least I don't think we will....." They both looked up at the leaves blowing in the tree. Then beyond that to the slightly graying sky.

"It's coming."

Yuli-GYAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Rowen-Man is that corny or what?

There was a blur of something falling, then a crack, and smoke billowed up. It cleared and in the middle was a monster.

It looked around, and spotted them. "You two....." It pointed to Akira and Rowen.

In one moment Rowen was gone and Akira was staring straight into the monster's lifeless eyes. "Is she insane?!" Tenshi looked shocked. "This goes way beyond school yard fights!"

Niomi looked at Akira, "Hey, maybe she's one of those other people......"

Tama and Tenshi gave Niomi a look. "Well, she could be, she's crazy enough. And anyway the cats were saying she had some kind of bad karma or something."

"Whoa, Niomi....."

"Do you think it's possible?"

"HEY TENSHI!" Akira shouted, they all looked up, "MAYBE YOU SHOULD TAKE NOTES! YOU'RE GONNA NEED THE HELP CAUSE I'VE SEEN YOU FIGHT AND..... DAMN! YOU SUCK!"

"What the hell is she doing?" Yuuki and Iris watched.

"She isn't even transformed is she insane?!"

Tenshi pulled on Iris' collar," What do you mean!?"

"Um... well I guess the secret would be out wouldn't it Sailor Constellation?"

Tenshi let go of Iris' collar and stepped back, "Niomi is right....."

"WHAT?!"

"Akira is Sailor Earth."

"The jig is up, but whatever she may be doing we can't let you interfere......." A bubble formed around the cafe and the people eating outside.

"This is a dinner theater, Constellation." Yuuki smiled.

"So.. Mr. Big-ass monster wassup?"

"Soon, pieces of your organs and flesh after I make you explode."

"You live in your word and I'll live in RE-ALITY!" 'Why does this ugly piece of shit look familiar?' The monster was a glowing an odd color, sort of pale, strange substance, like slime, clung to it. On it's hands were claws, sharp, armor piercing claws. The monster opened it's mouth, teeth stuck out farther than it's lips. A smelly slime shot out of it's open mouth. Akira jumped onto the branch of the tree she was leaning on earlier. The slime hit the trunk of the tree, and it began to melt away. Akira jumped off the branch. 'Some kind of acid?' She wondered as the tree fell over. The monster slashed at her side, she jumped back. It was about to try again, then it's eyes went wide and it's back arched up.

"Luckily for that cafe....." Rowen said, he pulled a knife out of the monster's back.

"Slick, man..."

"Why thank you!"

"What is my brother doing?" Nari abandoned the football game he was playing and watched the fight. Immediately a green-brown transparent dome appeared around him. "Huh? Oh man....." Nari grumbled when he realized he couldn't do anything. He looked past the dome to see the monster drive it's claws into his brother's side.

"ROWEN!" He and Akira shouted at the same time. The monster turned and slashed Rowen's chest. Again the shouts of "Rowen" as he landed a few feet away. Akira looked up at the monster, her eyes narrowed and flashed. She put her hands together and slowly allowed them to part. A black light grew as she parted her hands even more.

Finally the light seemed to be full, quietly she spoke a command staring at the monster her eyes full of fire and hate, "Taste your death....." The light left her hands and zoomed at the monster. It separated and flew around the monster until it was engulfed in light.

When the light faded the monster could barely stand. It glared at her, her eyes showed no emotion, she had a superior look on her face. "You bitch....." It said. In a flash it's hand was gone. Akira stepped back, limping a bit. She pulled the hand out of her leg. The superior look mixed with boredom was on her face again. She inspected the hand and discarded it. Akira waltzed up to the monster. It stared up at her, then it's eyes went wide, it fell to her feet, "I didn't know! I'm so sorry!"

Anger filled her heart, she looked at Rowen who was still losing much blood. Then back to the monster. She raised her hand in the air like a claw. Then brought her hand down, blood splattered a bit on her face, her clothes, and the cement ground. She pulled her hand out in the same motion. The monster fell back, it's eyes rolled inside it's head. Akira looked at the object in her hand. The grayish mass dripped an odd liquid. She squeezed the monster's brain, compressed pieces flew around landing on the pavement creating a little pool of the liquid around them. Akira threw the remains on the ground in disgust and wiped the pieces that had landed on her off. No one , but the now dead monster noticed the black moon symbol fading from her forehead. The domes around everyone were released. Akira ran to Rowen.

"SOMEONE CALL AN AMBULANCE!" She shouted. The manager of the cafe nodded and did so.

"Is he all right?!" Nari asked his eyes wide, still surprised at what his brother did.

"Oh, God I hope so....." Akira said quietly. She pulled his head into her lap and wiped the blood from his mouth.

A crowd of people, who had witnessed the fight from the protection of the domes, formed. The beeping of the EKG was the first thing he heard. He opened his eyes and shut them because of the light flowing into the room.

"Hey Rowen? Rowen?" The voice came softly at first then at a normal voice level. He turned his head and gradually opened his eyes. "Oh you're awake!"

"A-kira?" He grumbled. Rowen tried to sit up.

"Don't you may hurt yourself. Wait one second."

He watched Akira limp out of the room. In a moment his mother and Nari were in the room. Later that evening, he woke up, Akira was next to his bed.

"You're all right aren't you?"

"For a guy in my situation......."

She smiled," I never did get to thank you earlier.... That thing, would've killed me...."

"All in a day's work ma'am...." He said quietly, then smiled, "You're welcome." With that he turned his head to the side and went to sleep.
